  Was lied to and sold a phone under the pretense I would get the second phone for free once I filled out the online forms. Was not informed you must buy phone on credit plan to get the second phone free. T-Mobile isn't honoring the BOGO even though their employee said it would be fine.

  Stood at the register for almost an hour watching the employees help other customers who walked in after me until I literally yelled and then finally got their attention. Place sucks. Gave us one price to buy a phone and then get tablet for free and changed he price over $300 saying it was taxes. Called customer service and got the same deal for less then half the price they tried to sell it to me.
