  Lied about service agreement, coverage and bill due dates just to get a commission, I'm assuming. Not the way to gain the trust of a customer right off the bat!

  Experiences vary greatly from cell carrier to cell carrier and I have been a customer of sprint for 10 years I switched to T-Mobile and so far the service coverage is much better than sprint or anyone else. At this store I dealt with Cameron for a bit and then chris took over and stuck with our changeover through the whole process. My advice to anyone going into this store is ask for Cameron or Chris. Chris is especially tenacious and has some excellent ideas for problems that arise, he is great with multitasking and helping others at the same time as helping you. If you're not happy with your visit try talking to someone else the next time.
