  Used to love the way they displayed shoes. Very easy to see everything and it was elegant like nordstroms.now it looks like Walmart or Fred meyers. A lot of boxes stacked in piles. I was so lost i asked 2 associates who were standing there gossiping (they seemed put out that. I interrupted them) where a particular brand of shoe was located an they just shrugged and said they didn't have too many left. I walked out and will do my shopping elsewhere. Also lately when I am ready to make my purchase there is not a clerk to be found.I want to shout "does anybody work here".
